SECONDMENT or FIXTED TERM OPPORTUNITY - LONG COVID CO-ORDINATORS -FIXED TERM UP UNTIL


An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to play a key part in the co-ordination of Post Covid Syndrome Assessment clinics for the Humber region.


Some patients experience ongoing health effects following Covid-19 infection and, where symptoms continue for more than 12 weeks, they may be referred to Long Covid assessment clinics which will review and manage individuals with complex symptoms.

We are looking for a Long Covid Co-ordinator who will to be a key part of the project.

In this role, you will receive referrals, co-ordinate and track patients through pathways, arrange and attend meetings with healthcare professionals and working with multi-disciplinary teams across the Humber.

The Long Covid Service is based at the Jean Bishop Integrated Care Centre, Hull which has been recognised for national awards and has proactively transformed care for patients in the local area.


This role will be varied and challenging and with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and flexibility will be essential to meet the needs of the assessment clinic model.

The ability to communicate professionally and effectively is also essential.
