Job Purpose:

To support and assist the Financial Planners


Key Areas of Responsibility include:


  • Processing new business and servicing existing business.
  • Liaising with Financial Planners to facilitate review meetings, new client meetings and pipeline business.
  • Liaising with clients, internal departments & providers where necessary.
  • Creating electronic files for new clients on Intelligent Office and updating existing client records.
  • Producing valuations on both JHC Order Routing, Intelligent Office, and provider websites.
  • Deal with daily post.
  • Preparation of handouts/reports for presentations and/or internal meetings.
  • Assist with manning the phones and general administration duties.
  • To promote awareness of Anti-Money Laundering Rules and to ensure compliance within the Department.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Educated to A Level (or equivalent).
  • CII Financial Planning Administrators Certificates CF1, FA1 & FA2 preferred.
  • Experience of intelliflo office software preferred.
  • Experience of customer service and general office duties.
  • At least two years' experience of financial planning administration.

Knowledge & Skills:


  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Highly organised, with good planning skills and highlevel attention to detail.
