Description

The post-holder will be an excellent communicator and work well both individually and within a team.

You will be patient focused and have the ability to undertake clinical assessments to arrive at a differential diagnosis, start, plan and evaluate care.

You will also have organisational and time management skills and be able to demonstrate leadership skills across the inter-professional team.

An extensive experience of working with older people is required and evidence of continuing professional knowledge and development, A full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
