The Position_

We are looking for an experienced cleaner to work in a Prestigious Residential Block of Apartments in Enfield.

The Position is for cleaning the Communal areas of blocks of flats and is
not for private cleaning of flats or houses.

The role is part time and will be 24 hours a week Monday to Friday.

It can be either 3 days of 8 hours

Monday Wednesday-Friday or spread over Monday-Friday.

J0 Commercial Services is a small, family run successful cleaning firm based in the Essex and London area and the main aim would be to carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, tidying litter bins and litter picking.

Credentials Needed Please_

To succeed in this role you will need:

Good attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and use initiative
To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
Previous experience is essential
It is essential to:
Maintain Health & Safety standards at all times including the use of all PPE
Deal with any requests promptly and courteously
Ensure that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
