  • Marketplace and brokerage services provided by Acervus Securities, Inc., an SEC registered broker‐dealer and member FINRA / SIPC.

What You'll Do:


  • Serve as a "player/mentor" who will contribute to and supervise a successful team of Data Client Support Analysts.
  • Oversee and manage client inquiries related to portfolio and aggregator data feeds, and to data management workflows and functionality in Addepar.
  • Triage and coordinate requests from internal teams for client outreach and action on data verification issues.
  • Develop and maintain effective process controls and accurate metrics that track and ensure case response times and resolution SLAs are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Solutions Architects, and Product and Engineering teams to drive alignment and deliver positive client experiences.
  • Lead all aspects of the onboarding, mentorship, and career development of individuals on the team through timely and constructive performance feedback, and by providing learning and growth opportunities.

Who You Are:


  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services or technology industry in client support management or operations functions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, data providers, as well as internal partners.
  • Forwardlooking and pragmatic on finding effective and efficient solutions to complex requests or issues raised by clients.
  • Consistently demonstrates empathy for others, and has an excellent track record of selfmotivation to take on responsibility and leading by example.
  • Experienced with managing teams, crossfunctional projects and/or learning and development initiatives.
