Nonstop care is currently working with a well established local authority in the Yorkshire area who are looking for an Team Manager to join their Exploitation team.


They offer the opportunity to work from home which offers extra support for their workforce and helps assist with effective and efficient caseload management, giving you greater job satisfaction and flexibility.

This is a Non Caseholding role giving you a balanced work load leading to improved Job satisfaction and a better work life balance


Responsibilities:

As Team Manager you will oversee a team of Experienced Social Workers.

Working closely with other Team Managers and Service Managers you will continue to improve the quality and development of the service.


The Team Manager will positively influence the development of their team and staff and the experience of children, young people and their families.

Requirements:

This role requires a Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration, a driving licence and access to your own vehicle
