Culture Reimagined Specialist

Are you someone who has a passion for building and embedding Culture and values in a business? Are you someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a genuine interest in fashion where no two days are the same? If so, then we might have the perfect opportunity for you.

Based in our beautiful UK HQ in Reading you will be the driver of embedding our values and behaviours (Culture Blueprint) across Primark globally, as well as continuing to activate purpose and culture to enable our future strategy.

We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, who has excellent communication skills and has the ability to work in a high pressurised and fast paced environment.

We are also looking for:

Independence and discretion: Responsible for continually drive an active link between purpose, strategy and culture

Confident communication:Work with the Internal Comms team and key stakeholders to identify, define, and distil an inspirational story for the future of Primark (fusing our new purpose, strategy and culture)

Strong organisational and planning skills: Supporting and challenging the team and setting-up clear measures of progress and evolving the approach based on data-driven insight

Ability to adapt: Developing a programme of activity to embed and reinforce the values and behaviours, including training programmes and the alignment people systems and physical environments

Interpersonal skills: Amazing people partner who can influence and collaborate effectively across multiple levels of leadership.
