Description

As a Facilities Supervisor you will be responsible for a team of Domestic Cleaning, and Catering staff working in a specialist healthcare trust.

Your working pattern will be full-time, working 35 hrs per week, Friday to Monday. Experience working to the National Standards for Healthcare Cleaning, and Catering Experience would be preferable for this role.

You will also benefit from upholding good customer relationship skills, good time management, ability to train and mentor your team and encourage their best.

A description of outline responsibilities for this role includes but is not limited to:

Roster and allocate working shifts daily to ensure full cover across all service areas
Providing on the job training, instruction and coaching for your team when necessary.
Leading by example to uphold the highest health and safety standards at all times, including reporting of "Near Hits" and oversee your teams Wellbeing.
Attend training as required for your role.
Develop positive working relationships.
Manage the performance of staff, conducting annual appraisals, training needs and address performance issues to ensure standards and consistency of service delivery.
To carry out, as and when required, any additional tasks and responsibilities as are reasonably compatible with this job description and its objectives.
