JUNIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

£23,000 + COMMISSION

MAIDSTONE KENT

OPPORTUNITY:

I'm excited to represent one of the most prestigious Insurance companies in the Southeast. They are Looking for an ambitious Junior Business Development Executive to join their ranks.

This is a huge opportunity for anyone with an interest or experience in the Insurance industry to supercharge their career.

You will be given full training and support in completing insurance qualifications and will be given every opportunity to .grow your career in the company.


PACKAGE:


  • Salary £23,000
  • Huge Progression opportunities (The current Director worked his way up from this role)
  • 24 days Holiday + additional for a year served.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Supporting the commercial team where necessary e.g., answering queries and sharing knowledge.
  • Vehicles Adjustments and other MTA's such as Change of Address etc.
  • Adhoc rebroking cases in relation to unique requirements.
  • Crossselling / New Business on enterprise cases .
  • Diary management on OpenGi.
  • Maintaining Client and Customer Relations to increase retention.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:


  • Some experience in a customer facing role within the insurance industry
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised and systematic approach to work
  • Good attention to detail
  • Selfstarter and selfmotivated in the working environment
  • The ability to work to own initiative.
  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word
