QED Legal are working with a North Yorkshire Law Firm with an outstanding reputation in the region who are looking for an experienced Employment lawyer to join their busy team in York.

The Employment team is small with a Head of Department, 1 Solicitor, a Trainee and Legal Assistant, and it forms part of a larger Commercial Team.

The work is both respondent and claimant and contentious and non-contentious covering the full spectrum of employment law matters. The firm operates a subscription-based Employment service as well as a more traditional arrangement.

This is the perfect role for those lawyers who have at least 2 years' experience of carrying their own caseload.

The firm will look at those qualified Solicitor and FCILEx's or non-qualified fee earners who are experienced enough to carry their own caseloadwith limited supervision.

The firm is forward thinking and progressive, they offer modern working arrangements with a hybrid working option.
