Band 2 Therapy Assistant - Essex

My client are a respected NHS Trust in Essex

They are looking for 4x Band 2 Therapy Assistants to be an active member of this domiciliary rehabilitation team, providing short term, high quality rehabilitation in a community environment.

This will mean working without direct supervision carrying out tasks identified via personalised plans of care under the direction of the Nurses, Therapists and Associate Practitioners within the team.
The team strive to promote independence and recovery following discharge from hospital, or to prevent unnecessary hospital admission by providing the right patient with the care as the right time.
Service is a 7 day week service and each shift is for 5 hours, so ideally looking for some staff who can work 25hrs a week.

Shift pattern 8am-1pm and 5pm-10pm.

Rates up to £12 per hour umbrella however you will receive uplifted rates on the weekend. You will need a car for this position
