This role will provide a full and efficient administrator support to the Nursing & Midwifery eRostering Team.

This team has responsibility across the whole Organisation, linking in with Ward/Department Managers/Rostering Leads/Staff to effectively support the Healthroster systems across clinical wards and departments.

On a day to day basis the post holder will provide administration support with a focus on several key areas

Main duties of the job

Administrative support to the eRostering Team Lead and team.

Actioning requests and answering queries from the eRostering Helpdesk.

Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and resources.

Compile compliance reports from the system, delivering them to the Organisation on an agreed schedule.


Support our customers to get the best use from the Healthroster suite and feedback to the team to develop training delivery.

The post holder will act as the first line of contact for the team and be able to resolve queries in a timely manner.

The post holder will bring with you excellent communication skills and be able to liaise effectively at all levels of the Organisation.

You will be able to work flexibly with hours and work across all internal sites as required.

Essential or Desirable

Essential criteria

  • Have GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Must be able to demonstrate behaviours consistent with the Trust's "We are here for you" behavioural standards
  • ECDL/RSA/Clait or equivalent
  • Experience in developing and using spreadsheets and databases and the ability to extract and understand the information
  • Methodical and organised, good planning skills, good interpersonal skills
  • Take accurate requirement notes
Desirable criteria

  • Ability to present material to a variety of audiences
  • Experience of working in a specialised team
  • Has had exposure to PRINCE 2 documentation and methodology

Salary:
The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.

The system will provide us with an outcome of your check which will be stored securely on your personal file along with all other pre-employment check documentation.
