Labour Hire are looking for a Compliance Team Co-Ordinator to begin work for a national gas and electric business.About the role:
- Updating the CRM and converting information into Excel Spreadsheets
- Speaking to landlords and scheduling appointments for inspections etc. Upselling where possible
- Checking timeframes of work already scheduled to ensure its within the correct timeframe for compliance
- Monitoring the progress of cases
- Uploading certificates to the CRM
- Reacting to inbound calls
- 9am5:30pm Shift pattern Monday to Friday
About you:
- You must be computer literate and experienced working with Excel and database packages
- Confident and outgoing personality with a cando attitude
- Highly organised and methodical with a keen eye for detail
- A people person with a friendly manner, able to engage and communicate well
- Team player who is happy to assist other team members and collaborate with operational departments
- Customer services experience would be desirable
