We have a very exciting opportunity for a recruitment resourcer position within an Education recruitment company that is opening a new branch in the Hertfordshire area.

Due to rapid expansion plans, they are extending their reach within the UK and because of this, they are looking for more talented individuals to join their winning team.

The role of a recruitment resourcer is ideal for anyone looking to start a career within the industry.

It is an entry level role that will enable you to work alongside a senior consultant to learn and develop your skills.

The role is fully office based, in Hertfordshire. London based for the first 6 weeks for training. We have roles in London if you wish to stay with the London Team. The hours are 7am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.


Job Specification:

  • Sourcing new teachers, teaching assistants, and various other educational related roles from a variety of different avenues such as Linkedin, social media platforms, internal database, headhunting, referrals etc.

Credentials/Skills required:


  • Minimum 6 months recruitment or sales experiene.
  • Financially driven (must be able to demonstrate this)
  • Hard working
  • High energy
  • The ability to maintain accurate records

  • Salary up to 28k depending on experience.
