As a
Purchasing Administrator, you will be joining a supportive and collaborative team who will encourage your growth and development within the role and the organisation

Key duties of this role may include:

Updating and maintaining the database with delivery dates, stock records, and prices
Monitoring the team inbox and ensuring efficient responses to queries
Building and maintaining relationships suppliers
Resolving any issues with deliveries
Communicating various departments to answer purchase and outstanding order enquires
Monitoring stock levels and accurately highlighting trigger levels
Registering new product warranties and ensuring claims are processed in a timely manner

Based full-time in the Ely office (Monday-Friday), this role will be paying between £20,000 - £22,000pa depending on experience, as well as a great benefits package and free on-site parking.
