We're now looking for an experienced Multi Trade to join our Damp & Mould team in Manchester and carry out a wide range of remedial works in homes across the Greater Manchester and Yorkshire region.

What you'll do
You'll play a crucial role in providing an excellent customer service to the residents of Riverside Housing properties.

You can plan and organise your work to safely achieve maximum efficiency and deliver excellent results on a consistent basis.

The successful applicant will manage the experience of customers to ensure positive relationships are established and maintained.


What we're looking for

Essential skills and experience:

  • Minimum of NVQ Level 2 in an associated building trade
  • A full UK driving licence
You'll also need your own tools and the ability to demonstrate a high level of customer care.


Ideally, you will have previously worked in a social housing environment and have experience of working with damp and mould.
