Salary:
£20k - £22 per annum

Hybrid Working: 3 days from home / 2 days from office


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients, advisers and third parties
  • Be a dedicated contact and manage relationships with customers, both internal and external
  • Promote awareness of Anti-Monday Laundering Rules and to ensure compliance (training given)

What they are looking for:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or a customer support role is essential
  • Strong numeracy skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage relationships with customers supporting with complaints or queries
  • Professional and clear communicator, confident telephone manner
  • Good data processing skills and able to work to tight deadlines.
