Customer Service Administrator - Bolton, United Kingdom - Square Peg Associates Ltd

Salary:
£20k - £22 per annum
Hybrid Working: 3 days from home / 2 days from office
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, advisers and third parties
- Be a dedicated contact and manage relationships with customers, both internal and external
- Promote awareness of Anti-Monday Laundering Rules and to ensure compliance (training given)
What they are looking for:
- Proven experience in an administrative or a customer support role is essential
- Strong numeracy skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, high attention to detail
- Ability to manage relationships with customers supporting with complaints or queries
- Professional and clear communicator, confident telephone manner
- Good data processing skills and able to work to tight deadlines.
