Mitchell Adam is currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Part Qualified Accountant for our trailblazing property client based in Dudley.

Due to rapid growth, new clientele and a big business plan, two positions are being hired for into this large andprogressive finance function, in a niche team that will give you incredible property accounting exposure.

Alongside your knowledge of management accounting, you will receive second to none training on bespoke systems and portfolio management.

Day to day, you will be collating service charge budgets for your client portfolio, completing variance analysis on budgets vs actuals and hitting the road to see your clients face to face in their properties.

From a management accounts perspective, youwill be reviewing income and expenditure, prepayments and accruals, and using your analytical mind to assist with setting up new processes and cost management.

Ideally, you will;

Be AAT qualified, or actively studying your ACCA/CIMA.
Be a confident individual, as you will be building relationships with external stakeholders face to face.
Feel competent in your Excel skillset, preferably being able to implement pivot tables.
Have a passion for property, and want to continue to learn.
