Join our exciting Field Service team within our Digital Industries division


The field service team support customers with both legacy and cutting-edge-technologies, across all industry sectors so the ability to adapt and have a growth mindset is vital.


Your key focus will be leading a team of field service engineers, supporting development and knowledge transfer, ensuring safety is our number one priority.

This role will cover the north region of the UK and Scotland.


You'll make a difference by

  • Supporting process improvement and identifying further opportunities to grow our market share, revenue, and productivity.
  • Supporting customers onsite, faultfinding PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systems using your technical competence and strong interpersonal skills whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service.
  • You will be expected to participate in a 24/7 standby rota, and therefore a flexible attitude towards out of hours and weekend working is essential.
  • Customer focus, delivering complex solutions with exceptional customer service.
  • Site support including fault rectification, modifications, and improvements.
  • Project support including FAT, SAT installation, and commissioning.

You're excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

  • Degree/HNC in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with people and/or project management.
  • Excellent team player works collaboratively and proactively.
  • Experienced multivendor PLC, HMI, SCADA and DCS systems.
  • Experience with low voltage equipment design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Experience of full project lifecycle from conception to completion.
  • Awareness of industrial standards and security concepts.
