£28.28 per hour (inclusive of annual leave and preparation time)

Are you an experienced and professional Communication Support Worker? Then join us to work with City Lit both online and in-person, providing communication support to Deaf and hard of hearing students studying at a variety of levels across a range of courses.

Partnering with community organisations across London, we deliver bespoke projects that support individuals and communities.

You will particularly attract our interest if this covers:

Minimum Signature (CACDP)

BSL Level 4 or equivalent
PLUS one of the following:
a deaf study related degree/ a CSW qualification/ a teaching qualification/ interpreter training.

Experience of working with deaf students.
Experience of using online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meets and Teams.
Knowledge of issues related to education and Deaf people and the ability to explain and promote understanding of these issues to teaching staff and other students.
