Due to continued expansion, we are currently seeking to fill a full-time position in our Logistics Team.

We are currently looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team on days as a
Trainee Logistics Coordinator.



Responsibilities Include:


  • Organising all transport for our finished goods
  • Creating the most effective and ontime deliveries of our product. Collating goods in an efficient and costsaving manner while ensuring to meet customer expectations
  • Liaising with transport companies for any queries, issues, and quotes. Booking transport with hauliers, providing them with all the relevant information.
  • Liaising with the internal Sales departments and Warehouse personnel for special customer requirements and shipping information.
  • Contact customers to provide information on shipping details and related issues, confirming delivery dates and obtaining booking in references.
  • Creating load sheets for Goods out to ensure loading of vehicles is accurate and timely.
  • Arranging relevant paperwork, including commercial invoices and packing lists for Export jobs, ensuring there is a smooth transition through any required customs clearance.
  • Maintain all stock records, keeping them uptodate and accurate
  • Provide stock data as and when required
  • Reviewing all manufacturing orders to ensure the materials lists are accurate for MRP.
  • Liaise with the Purchasing Department, detailing current stock and future requirements to ensure orders are placed in time for future demands
  • Accurately pick and transfer stock from two locations and between internal departments, providing optimised efficiency for production
  • Monitoring and organising plain bottle supply to our decoration department to ensure machines run at their most productive level
  • Ensuring complete B.O.M is in place for all production processes
  • Ensuring delivery notes are accurate, incoming stock figures are recorded and, C of A's are received and filed when required
  • Disposal of goods that are no longer required
  • Ensuring FIFO system is followed for stock rotation purposes.
