My client who is based in Norwich is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their business on a Fixed Term basis to provide maternity cover for 12 months.

Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave for 12 months
Full time hybrid working
Start date January 2023

Salary Band:
£35-42k pa FTE, depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus

What is required?

  • A strong professional background 3 years experience preferred with recent experience in a senior marketing position and some public relations skills
  • Degree level education, Marketing Qualification
  • CIM preferred
  • A proven understanding of digital and retail marketing.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact at a senior level and earn trust with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive and manage concurrent workstreams and projects.
  • Ability to work in a small team and to suggest marketing solutions and assume responsibility for work and decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM systems.
  • Detail oriented with analytical skills
