Our client, a City based Executive Search firm within the financial services industry, has an exciting role for a driven and organised admin assistant to join their team.
Working closely COO, you will be responsible for providing support to a number of Partners with their day-to-day search activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to gain further office experience and grow their admin skills within a collaborative and team orientated environment.
Hybrid working available.What you'll do:
- Scheduling internal and external meetings
- Diary management for Partners
- Updating and formatting of documents
- Maintaining their CRM system
- Supporting with various research tasks and projects
- Answering incoming calls
- Ad hoc front of house duties
What you'll need:
- Educated to degree level
- Previous administration experience
- Knowledge of In-Design useful
- Excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A positive 'cando' attitude
