At Saint Gobain Glass Solutions we are looking for Customer Service Supervisor at our Elland site to work in our Customer Engagement Team helping to deliver strong and consistent service to our customers.
This role will be a part of our customer engagement team and is responsible for ensuring Customers are receiving a consistent delivery of service.
In your position of Customer Service Team Leader, you will be managing and coaching a team of 10 team members and will also act as an escalation point for our customers.
The working hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 08:30am-5pm and on a Friday it is 08:30am - 4pmWhat we're looking for:
***- Customer service or customer facing experience is essential
- Looking to step up to a team Supervisor position
- Must have full UK Driving License
What you will be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer complaints and escalation point
- Training and development of 10 team members.
- Ensuring the team is motivated
- Making sure strategic priorities are the focus of the team
