Description

We are looking for a talented General Manager to oversee all day-to-day operations of an ambitious manufacturing business near Preston that fabricates windows and doors.

You will be responsible for helping to drive the business forward, working as part ofthe senior management team to achieve growth in line with the company's business plan.

This will involve driving sales and profit whilst ensuring a culture of sustainability and continuous improvement exists within the business.

Your role will involve managingand inspiring your teams working across Sales, Commercial and Technical to deliver on financials and customer service, making sure that processes and procedures are fit for purpose.

You are responsible for driving revenue and managing all expenses inc. salesand marketing.

Skills & Experience:

Significant experience at a General Manager or senior business leadership role
Experience of managing business accounts and P&L
Previous managerial experience in the fenestration industry
Experience of operational improvements and the achievement of profitable business growth
Customer focused with a strong emphasis quality and cost management
