Technical Specifier - Burton Upon Trent - Up to £23,000Chase and Holland are delighted to be working with a leading international business to recruit for a Technical Specifier to join their team. In this role you will provide customers with accurate and timely quotations and detailed product information and technicalsupport when required.

Responsibilities of the Technical Specifier:


  • Establish and maintain effective, professional, working relationships with coworkers, supervisors and customers
  • Log technical enquiries on to our CRM system in a timely and accurate manner, with as much detail as possible. (Training to be provided)
  • Independently read architectural working drawings and accurately identify potential products. (Training to be provided)
  • Accurate and efficient data entry of quotations onto our internal software. (Training to be provided)
  • Provide basic (progressing to intermediate) technical support to customers and the internal/external sales teams
  • Provide and implement own solutions for process improvements for current quoting procedures, to improve efficiencies and instil a continuous improvement culture, alongside the Technical Specifications Team Leader
  • Undertake routine administrative tasks as required

Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday 8.

30am - 5pmRequired Skills & Experience**:

  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Keen eye for detail and able to work with complete accuracy
