REED are delighted to be working with a highly successful and reputable company who are looking to expand their busy and dynamic team.

This role is a full time, permanent opportunity working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, paying £24,000 - £26,000.

To provide a range of administrative and commercial/marketing support services for the company as necessary including (with key primary roles):

  • Administration support to Senior Management
  • Involved with supporting all aspects of company administration.
  • Sales/marketing administration including supporting the preparation of sales & tender documentation.
  • Develop as directed marketing materials including commercial social media LinkedIn, Website updates and newsletter development & distribution.
  • Manage contact data base and CRM for Commercial team.
  • Support client development and maintain client connections as appropriate.
  • Investigate new markets through research and present findings.
  • Event coordination and support including exhibition attendance and promotion.
  • Organising company travel as required with admin team.
  • To ensure full compliance with the Company's QA standards in all relevant reporting, documentation, record keeping and procedures relevant to your role.

Pre-requisites:


  • Commercial awareness.
  • H&S awareness.
  • Numerate; with a strong analytical mind and advanced Word, Excel skills, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Sage 50.
  • Direct experience working within a commercial team.
  • A natural ability to interpret and manipulate data
  • You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner compatible with the goals and aims of the company
  • Positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to plan, organise and prioritise own workload effectively and efficiently.
  • Good time management skills and a strong delivery performance.
  • Assess, manage and resolve problems/issues.
