Complex Care Professionals specialises in delivering Complex home healthcare services to our clients in their own homes. We are recruiting staff to work in
Bury, prestwitch & North Manchester areas.

Community Care Assistant must be flexible, and able to work a key times of service delivery which includes mornings, afternoons and evenings and alternate weekends. We are also looking for weekend only workers to join us.

  • Assist with daily activities such as personal care.
  • Medication administration
  • Ability to maintain clear written and electronic records and to follow statutory reporting procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Experience required:


  • 6month previous care experience, gained in the UK
  • Must drive and have access to your own car.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
  • Ability to follow instructions and care plans.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
