Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.


Duties:


  • Contacting lapsed customers to reestablish relationships
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge and industry trends

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of CRM software
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
