Cooper Parry are looking for an AMAZING team player, who has experience working in Finance and is ready to join us as our new Finance Assistant, in our ambitious and fast paced team.


This role will support our business growth as well as our revenue and reporting teams within finance and our operational business teams.

You will undertake a variety of tasks, including raising invoices and providing information and analysis to support Managers/Partners in the awesome work that they deliver as well as reporting on their performance.


It's all about working proactively with attention to detail and organisation at the forefront to manage a busy incoming workload whilst building rapport to manage those relationships both internal and external to the team.


This role is full-time, with the option to work flexibly, but with 2 days a week in the Castle Donnington Office expected.


You will

  • Be flexible to take on new tasks as the business grows
  • Support the team with month end tasks, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Produce accurate and timely weekly revenue and billing information
  • Be an expert in all things billing raising invoices, processing credit notes, attention to detail is key, making sure our clients get their bills on time
  • Team player be able to work closely with others and support those around you
  • Holiday cover across finance function when needed
  • Think about continuous improvement of finance processes and reporting and be looking for improvements and efficiencies in the way we do things
  • Great organisational skills, be selfmotivated, and reliable
  • Welldeveloped IT skills with a strong focus on Excel
  • An enthusiastic and resilient approach whilst undertaking your tasks
  • Flexibility and excellent attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
