Main Purpose of the Role
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Management of File Updates
- To devise and ensure the implementation of retention and disposal schedules and routinely audit records to ensure compliance with legislative or regulatory requirements;
- To assist in the ongoing transfer from paper to electronic records management systems.
- To liaise with external bodies and providers to process relevant checks & verifications in line with required standards;
- To ensure that all company policies, procedures and processes are adhered to fully and on time;
- To identify business opportunities and to gather and pass on sales lead information to the Recruitment team accordingly;
- To record comprehensive vacancy details from clients where required and to pass full details to the relevant consultant promptly.
- To project a professional image of the company in all aspects of work including personal presentation of a clean and tidy manner;
- To keep the Recruitment Manager informed about any developments, trends or problems relating to clients, prospects or team members;
- To adhere to company policies, processes, procedures, systems and all relevant codes of practice to which the company subscribes;
- To perform any other reasonable tasks or duties from time to time as requested by management.
Person Specification
Essential:
- Educated to 'A' Level (or equivalent)
- One years' previous experience in an administrative role
- A solid background and understanding of providing outstanding customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong appreciation of teamwork to achieve team objectives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and independently
Desirable:
- A qualification in a business administration discipline
- Access to a vehicle with current driving license.
- Working knowledge of the medical recruitment market, locum process or the healthcare system in the UK and/or Ireland
- Experience working in an environment with regulatory, legal and ethical considerations
- Experience working to and exceeding Key Performance Indicators
- Selfmotivated and committed to selfdevelopment
Salary:
Basic starting salary £24,000 per annum.
