At Powerplay we run over 350 5, 6 and 7-a-side football leagues across the country every week. We have an exciting new role to support the delivery of our leagues, working closely with our existing team and the ability to progress.

As a League Administrator your role will be to work with our League Executives to ensure our leagues run smoothly, with equipment in place, venues paid promptly while supporting the collection of team payments and enquiring handling.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Supporting the League Executives in ensuring all teams are paying match fees in a timely manner or encouraged to sign-up for recurring payments. Chasing teams in arrears to ensure payments are received.
  • Ensure sufficient equipment is in place and available for all events to run.
  • Supporting the process for venue invoicing and payment, ensuring that all Purchase Orders are raised and invoices received are accurate before being approved for payment.
  • Regularly liaise with venues within the region to understand dates unavailable and maintenance required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service when handling enquiries or dealing with potential complaints.
  • Provide cover support when other team members are on annual leave to ensure all leagues operate effectively allyear round.
Working days will be
Mondays to
Fridays (inclusive)
normally
20 to 25 hours a week.
