ABOUT THE ROLE:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Create, define and guide design decisions
- Create assets such as prototypes and hifidelity designs to create amazing customer experiences
- Champion Accessibility & Inclusive Design
- Work with the UX team to execute usercentred research methods:
- Contextual inquiry and ethnographic field studies
- Oneonone interviews
- Focus groups
- Usability testing and concept testing
- Competitive assessment
- Diary studies
- Deliver both inhouse and 3rd party research workshops including set up, recruitment, moderation, data collection, analysis and debrief

£26,500
Interview dates:
April 2024
Placement dates:
Monday 9th September 2024 to Friday 27th June 2025

ELIGIBILITY
CRITERIA:
- To be eligible to work in the UK
- To be over 18 years old as of 1st September 202
- To have achieved a minimum of 104 UCAS points at Alevel (grades BCC) or an equivalent (e.g., BTEC DMM) qualification
- Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) grades A* to C (new grades 9 to 4)
