Speech and Language Therapist (Autism Residential)

Salary: From £29,544 p/a - with an expected increase in early 2025 to £31,865 p/a upon completion of dysphagia training (in Manchester) in November 2024

Permanent 40 hours per week

Location: BH14, BH6, SO40

We are searching for a compassionate and devoted Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at 3 Autism residential services. This position is suitable for either a freshly qualified SLT or a student awaiting their registration by November 2024.

The residences provide specialized care for individuals on the autism spectrum who may exhibit challenging behaviors. Our goal is to create a secure, pleasant, and conducive space for our residents, encouraging independence and community inclusion. This role is a full-time permanent position, working 5 days a week with a caseload of 27 individuals.

We are seeking a Speech and Language Therapist who possesses:

Previous placement experience OR a strong interest in Autism Spectrum Disorders and Learning Disabilities.
