£22,000.00 OTE £24k

Macildowie are pleased to be working alongside a brilliant medical supplier within the
Nottingham area, to find their next
Customer Care Representative.

This is a
permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am until 5:30pm.

Role & Responsibilities:

Placing patient orders, answering their questions regarding the ordering process.
Chasing up any delays with regards to the delivery in a timely manner.
Maintaining an exceptional level of customer service throughout.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organised and efficient.
Team player with a positive "cando" attitude
Has a proven record of delivering excellent customer service.
Capable of working under pressure in a calm manner.
