JOB SUMMARY:

  • Salary: £ £30000 per annumREF: 58999Fantastic opportunity to join a leading international company based in Maidenhead.
The role will provide support to the EMEA Central Marketing Team and Central Finance team with day-to-day administrative tasks.


This role would suit someone with good administration skills and good knowledge of MS Excel (v look ups and pivot tables).


Offered as an initial 6 month contract there is a great chance this role may be made permanent for the right person.

Superb benefits including hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home).

Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Daily raise purchase requisitions to vendors in SAP based on requests from the EMEA marketing team and the Local marketing teams.
  • Daily communicate with vendors regarding orders and documents
  • Purchase orders, Invoices, and payments.
  • Receive and coordinate with Data management team and Supply chain team requests for new merchandising materials creation in SAP.
  • Maintain SAP Master Data
  • Purchase info records, Source lists and Selling prices of marketing materials.
  • On monthly basis prepare reports to be sent to the local markets on stock availability and aging.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:


  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a fastmoving business.
  • Very good command of the English language.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organiser with the ability to work on their own initiative and be flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to prioritise.
  • Good attention to detail and proofreading ability.
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office packages, good Microsoft Excel knowledge (LOOKUPS, Pivots, Conditional formatting, SUMIFS).
