Overview:

Pay Range: £6.72 - £10.42 per hour.

Our store in
Banbury is seeking a Stock & Trade Assistant to work a minimum of 16 hours per week. Shifts typically start at 7am and you must have full flexibility across the week, including working on a Saturday or Sunday.

Stock and Trade Assistants at Dunelm are crucial members of the team who are hands-on in managing store warehouses and storerooms, offering product expertise and logistical support.

Pay Scale:

Age 16-17: £6.72 - £7.10

Age 18+: £10.80

Responsibilities:

Following planograms and focusing on merchandising efforts, completing various tasks.
Updating price changes.
Restoring stores after busy periods to ensure readiness for customers.
Handling multiple deliveries throughout the week.
Managing stock, orders, and shopfloor replenishment.
Apart from warehouse tasks, Stock and Trade Assistants excel in communication, understanding product priorities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Collaborative attitude towards team members, reporting regularly to team leaders and management.
Organized, dedicated, and eager to learn about the product range at Dunelm.
Skilled at multitasking with stock duties while engaging with customers.
Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role, dealing with various store items comfortably.
