Vickerstock are currently recruiting for a leading FMCG Company based in Armagh who require an Administrator to join their team on a part time permanent basis.


Your new role as an Administrator

  • Dealing with telephone calls, correspondence and enquiries as well as providing information both externally and internally
  • Maintain database and supporting the administration function
  • Building close working relationships with internal and external suppliers and customers to understand their requirements.
  • Weekly and monthly reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and relevant organisation policies and guidelines

What you'll need to succeed as Administrator

  • Previous experience of data input and invoice resolution required.
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to use own initiative, remain well organised and work independently.
  • Highly IT literate, especially with Excel
  • Possess strong attention to detail ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
