Vickerstock are currently recruiting for a leading FMCG Company based in Armagh who require an Administrator to join their team on a part time permanent basis.
Your new role as an Administrator
- Dealing with telephone calls, correspondence and enquiries as well as providing information both externally and internally
- Maintain database and supporting the administration function
- Building close working relationships with internal and external suppliers and customers to understand their requirements.
- Weekly and monthly reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and relevant organisation policies and guidelines
What you'll need to succeed as Administrator
- Previous experience of data input and invoice resolution required.
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to use own initiative, remain well organised and work independently.
- Highly IT literate, especially with Excel
- Possess strong attention to detail ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
