Valuer - Barnard Castle - Up to £30,000

Brand new Valuer role, to become part of one of the leading multi discipline property groups, who cover the North East, Durham Dales and North Yorkshire.

What you'll be doing

Providing accurate and reliable valuations
Formulating wellreasoned opinions on value backed up by comparable evidence
Ensuring compliance with all internal and regulatory standards
Growing market share and brand awareness within designated areas
All aspects of sales negotiation including day to day tasks such as answering phone calls, follow ups, proactive chasing and supporting the wider team where required

What you will have

Have previous experience in valuations
Have a confident personality with excellent communications skills
Ability to achieve targets
Be selfmotivated and possess a proactive approach
