Within the department we are looking to recruit a Domestic Assistant to join the team at Platt Lane, the home of Manchester Metropolitan University Sport.

To succeed in this role you will need to have a positive, can do attitude with a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills.

About the role:

Reporting to the Duty Officer, you will play an important role in delivering an effective, professional cleaning service across the Platt Lane Facility.

Using appropriate methods and materials you will be expected to clean all areas directed to a high standard. This will include areas such as bathrooms, shower areas, and changing rooms.

The position is for 25 hours Monday to Friday 09:30-14:30

About You:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated individual to join the team

You will have a good operational knowledge of domestic and maintenance operations

You will have a sound knowledge of relevant H&S activities associated with sport and leisure.

You will have relevant industry experience in a customer-focused role, working with teams delivering professional service standards.
