Description

Missions:


  • Perform sector, strategic and financial analysis of target companies;
  • Take lead in writing memos and creating presentations for internal committees;
  • Build financial models and scenario analyses;
  • Involved in the structuring and execution of financing, legal documentation and deal negotiation;
  • Participate in the monitoring of portfolio companies.

Profile:


  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a Business School or University with a specialisation in Economics, Finance or other
  • Previous internship experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity is preferred but not a requirement;
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with financial analysis and a solid understanding of key accounting principles;
