  • Job detailsDo you have manufacturing systems implementation experience, and are you seeking a new remote role? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping an expanding Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) company recruit an Implementation Consultant, and the role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will work with customers to understand key objectives, challenges and requirements.

You will also work with the customer post-project to ensure longer-term value is being delivered by the system in the key areas for that customer.

You'll also have several projects to manage in parallel, whether this is new implementations of the software or follow-up improvement projects or extension projects.

In your first few weeks in this Implementation Consultant role, you can expect to:

  • Work with customers to understand key objectives/challenges/requirements and work with them to map their processes
  • Train customers to configure the system to most effectively achieve the requirements identified
  • Specify any custom requirements, such as interfaces, custom functions and custom reports
  • Create, align and manage a plan with the customer to deliver the implementation through to handover to support
  • Code the custom content above or work with the wider team to ensure quality delivery on time
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Experience working in a manufacturing site in roles such as manufacturing leadership, planning, systems implementation, IoT implementation, and engineering
