Job Title:
HR Officer 12 Months FTC

Salary:
£25k - £27k (depending on experience)

Location:
Preston

I am working with a fantastic organisation located in Preston who are looking for a HR Officer to join their HR team to cover a maternity leave - this role would suit someone who is looking for the next step in their HR career or someone who has a good coupleof years within an Officer role.

More about the role

Providing advice and support on all people related matters as a key point of contact.
To play an active role in the monitoring, reporting and analysis of key data.
Responding to queries and case management, being responsible for personal time management and allocating time correctly.
Working cooperatively with the HR Manager, escalating queries as and when required.
Maintaining and promoting relationships with the wider people, support colleagues and teams.
Participating in performance management and sickness management meetings.
Supporting adhoc project work as and when required.
Working knowledge of Employment Law.
Ensuring induction and onboarding is carried out correctly and in line with company policy.
All areas of HR administration.
Recruitment and selection.
