Our Global client is looking to recruit a regional HR Business Partner on an initial 6 Month FTC basis.

Working from home on average 3 days a week you will have accountability for the Central Region in England, with responsibility for circa 450 employeesincluding Regional Directors and Area Managers.

The Role:
Develop a People Plan for the Region that is aligned with the business and People strategy.

Work as a key member of the Regional Leadership Team and exemplify a consultative focused approach to scope, influence, define, customise and implement HR solutions to deliver optimal people and business performance in line with the People Plan and businessoutcomes.

Work with the Regional Operations Director to develop an organisation design and appropriate workforce planning that ensures the right people with the right skills are in the right place at the right time for the right cost.

Work in partnership with the other HR teams (Legal, Recruitment, Manager Advice and People Operations) to effectively deliver elements of the People Plan, securing the right expertise and ensuring long term relationships are maintained.

Conduct regular talent reviews and succession planning for leadership and key roles.
Work closely with L&D team to influence training and development solutions to increase leadership capability.
Deliver the Employee Engagement agenda to create an engaged and healthy workforce.

Providing advice, guidance and recommendations on key drivers for employee engagement to ensure that people love working at the organisation and are healthier because they workthere.

Facilitate a culture of learning and continuous growth by coaching and supporting regional leaders to grow themselves, to grow others, and to grow the business.

Understand the risk and regulatory frameworks within which the business operates.

Embeds appropriate people risk and conducts interventions to ensure confidence that our people are adhering to mandatory requirements and are fit and proper to undertake theirroles.

Advise and support the execution of cyclical people programmes as required e.g. performance management, Engagement survey etc.

You will be an experienced regional HR Business Partner, specifically acting as a strategic HR Business Partner across multiple sites with multiple teams.

Ideally you will come from a highly commercial and complex background of organisations work for.

You willhave a successful record of influencing, managing and delivering change in a complex business environment including consulting with teams through mergers and acquisitions, TUPE transfers, closures and divestment's.

You will also have familiarity with the paceand agility required to operate successfully alongside senior leaders and the pace of the organisation.

Lastly you will you will have experience of working in a business partner culture, working closely with business leaders to achieve objectives by challengingand positively disrupting the status quo.
