LHH Recruitment is delighted to be partnered with our client, a leading National Tourist Organisation, to appoint an Accounts Payable Processor to join their team.


As an Accounts Payable Processor, you will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and will liaise with budget holders, requisitioners, staff, suppliers, procurement, auditors, and other members of the wider finance team.

As a key member of the Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for checking invoices received from the dedicated mailbox, ensuring accuracy when checking, and reporting any issues in a timely manner.


We are looking for an individual with knowledge of financial processes and policies relevant to invoicing and staff expenses, as well as strong organisational skills and ability to handle high volumes of Invoices/Staff Expense Claims.

You must have the ability to organise workload and meet deadlines, and ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others, building effective relationships with suppliers and staff.
