Level 3 Senior Financial Services Customer Advisor Apprenticeship - Stoke-on-Trent, Manchester, BirminghamFinance & Customer Advisor Programme
We are offering places on our three-week interactive programme where you will receive employability training, interaction with NatWest Group staff and Q&A sessions, gain insight into the culture at NatWest Group and other employers, interview prep work and advice from previous LTSB students on their apprenticeships.

Monday 29th July
Successful completion of our programme
guarantees you an interview with NatWest Group for a permanent role.
Starting Salary:
£23,940
On the apprenticeship you'll study to gain a qualification while putting new skills to use in work, earning a competitive salary, and being supported professionally through the programme.
Apprenticeship (the qualification you'll get)
You'll complete a Level 3 Senior Financial Services Customer apprenticeship.
Job Description (the role you'll be doing):
- Analyse queries accurately and raise with the relevant parties without delay and escalate where needed.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the needs of our customers and stakeholders to deliver the most appropriate and fit for purpose solution whether dealing with complex issues.
- Act as reference point for daily requests.
- Capture and collate MI as needed, according to recognised processes and practices.
- Suggest areas of customer and business focused improvement in your daily processing and escalate appropriately.
- Review processing errors and customer complaints to identify trends and training needs.
- Support process training and knowledge sharing in the team.
- Participate in activities to drive improvements.
- Operate within our people processes and policies.
Eligibility
We are looking for school-leavers who are passionate about building a career in
customer service. You don't need previous experience, but you do need to show evidence of a genuine interest in the sector.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible you must meet the following criteria:
- Did not attend a fee-paying school
- Received free school meals and/or require additional support to access careers
For all the roles, you must be eager to learn and succeed
Pay:
£23,940.00 per year
