About the role


Due to growth and demand we have an exciting opportunity for a Material Call Off Coordinator to join the Supply Chain team in Ossett.

Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager you will work within a team of 2 to support with and admin workloads and manageorder processes.


This is a busy and fast paced environment which requires the successful individual to be proactive when getting tasks completed and show great communication and team player skills.


This role is initially for a 6-month fixed term contract and Kerry offer a multitude of opportunities within the business.


What will I be doing?

  • Manage transfer of materials from 3rd party storage to site in time for production
  • Stock management of in house system vs 3rd party system to ensure accuracy at all times
  • Support wider MCO team with supplier forecasts & GRN's
  • Monitor order status and resolve any issues with suppliers to meet order requirements, proactively managing orders to cancel, push out and pull in as required
  • Execute continuous improvement and provide solutions to processes to ensure a more efficient way or working
  • Identify missing material (shortages), chase resolution to minimize Customer Service Level impact and fix root cause
  • Ensure correct information is inputted into 3rd party request forms before sending out.

What do I need to be successful?
In Kerry we understand that people have different career trajectories and experiences.

In order to be successful in this role we would be looking for the right competencies and aptitudes as well as your proven track record of success in a Manufacturing orSupply Chain role.


These include:


  • SAP/ECC knowledge and experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel Skills
  • Strong knowledge of full Microsoft Package
  • Previous knowledge of manufacturing environment would be an advantage but not essential
  • Continuous improvement mindset
