Currently Mon - Fri, 06:00 - 14:30 & 14:00 - 22:30, rotating early/late

Your role

You will be expected to run a busy production operation supporting a Team Manager to ensure efficient production, whilst maintaining a clean & safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

To contribute to the manufacturing output by running the blend and press plants.
Run intake. QC checking raw materials and managing RM stocks
Run warehouse. Intake of small bulk deliveries and managing warehouse stocks. Issuing of premix to the mill.
To monitor and maintain quality standards at optimum output.
To ensure that safe working practices are implemented.
To utilise plant to achieve efficient use of resources.
To attend to the data transfer required for OEE, SAP and other production records.
To keep the mill clean and tidy and adopt good 5S working practices.
To carry out routine plant maintenance.

Profile:

Essential:

Previous experience in the industry or similar production/manufacturing environment
Team player, 'can do' attitude, and selfmotivated
Good communicator, ability to communicate at different levels
Some knowledge of plant processes
Good problem solving skills
