Swift Temps are currently recruiting for
Manufacturing Operators for their specialist client based in
Skelmersdale.

Immediate Starts available after successful interview.

You will be working in small team cells within one of the key areas involved in the manufacture of large bespoke components.

The role for Manufacturing Operator includes;

Use of Various Machines
Use of Hand Tools
Use of Overhead Cranes and MHE Equipment
Quality Checking
Assembly

For this role we are looking for someone who has an interest or has experience within an engineering or a manufacturing background such as;

Injection Moulding
Engineering and/or Mechanical Manufacturing
Overhead Cranes and Manual Handling Equipment

The shift pattern is
12 hour shifts on a
Continental shift pattern of
3 Days, 1 OFF, 3 Days, 4 OFF, 4 Nights, 6 OFF.

Week 1 - Days - Thursday to Saturday 6am to 6pm and then 1 day off

Week 2 - Days - Monday to Wednesday 6am to 6pm and then 4 days off

Week 3 - Nights

Monday to Thursday 6pm to 6amand then 6 days off

And then back to week 1 again.

The pay rate for this role with a shift allowance included is
£12.03 per hour.

From the 1st April the pay rate with shift allowance included is going to increase to
£13.19 per hour.
Overtime hours are paid at premium rates.
