Manchester City Centre
Salary - £22,500
Hours - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Start date - Monday 3rd January / 8 month contract

Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Processing customers documents and handling queries ensure the needs of the customer are met
- Escalating and issues to specialist teams
- Follow processes and procedures governed by the FCA
- Work as part as a team, supporting team members
Experience required:
- Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service in any environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for customer service
- A polite and professional telephone manor
