Customer Service Administrator - Financial Services

Job Location:
Manchester City Centre

Salary - £22,500
Hours - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Start date - Monday 3rd January / 8 month contract

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customers documents and handling queries ensure the needs of the customer are met
  • Escalating and issues to specialist teams
  • Follow processes and procedures governed by the FCA
  • Work as part as a team, supporting team members

Experience required:

  • Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service in any environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for customer service
  • A polite and professional telephone manor
